Small business phone systems

A business number.
A setup that fits your day.

From a solo business to a busy office, build your phone system around the people who answer your calls. Get clear per-seat pricing and a practical plan for switching.

Start with the call you cannot afford to miss

A useful phone system makes it clear who answers, what happens when they are busy and where the caller goes next.

One person, several places

Take business calls through an app while working at your desk or away from the office. Decide when calls should ring and when callers should hear your voicemail greeting.

Ask for a single-seat quote. Our published multi-seat prices start at two seats.

A small shared office

Let a main number ring several colleagues. Use transfers to reach the right person and agree a fallback when the whole team is busy.

Choose Cloud Start for core calling, or Cloud Business when a queue and call recording would help.

A busy customer-facing team

Separate sales and support calls, track missed enquiries and connect call records to a supported CRM. Consider AI notes when staff spend time writing up conversations.

Compare Cloud Business, Advanced and Complete around the work you want to simplify.

What does a small business phone system cost?

Cloud Start begins at £6.39 per seat per month excluding VAT, billed annually for 2–19 seats. Two seats start at a £12.78 monthly equivalent (£153.36 annually); five start at £31.95 (£383.40 annually). These are starting service budgets. Calls, hardware, setup and any extra services are confirmed in your quote.

A seat is one person’s phone account. A desk phone is a device: tell us who needs a desk phone, who prefers an app and whether anyone uses both. This helps avoid confusing equipment quantities with the number of people using the system.

Compare all four per-seat packages or check the complete cost checklist.

Devices and connectivity

Desk phone, mobile app or both?

A desk phone can suit reception or a shared office. An app suits people who move between locations. Headsets can help staff who spend much of the day on calls.

Before reusing a handset, send its make and model so we can check compatibility. Before relying on Wi-Fi or mobile data, test coverage where calls will actually be made.

Small business phone system questions

Can I keep my current business number?

We check the number and current provider before agreeing a transfer. Keep the existing service active while arrangements are confirmed. See the number-transfer checklist.

Do I need new broadband?

Not necessarily. We review your connection, network and call needs first. A dependable connection matters more than choosing the largest headline speed. Check business connectivity options.

What happens when nobody can answer?

Agree a fallback such as voicemail, another colleague, human answering or configured AI reception. Cover and charges depend on the option you choose.

Do you support businesses outside Yorkshire?

Yes. We serve businesses across the UK from our Sheffield base. We agree installation and support arrangements for your location in the proposal.
